Aussie Rules: The Dalby Swans under-12 team is looking to cap off an exceptional 2018 season this weekend with premiership glory.

The side will take on the University Cougars in the grand final, a team which only tasted defeat once this season.

This challenge won't faze the Swans, according to coach Sandy Banks.

"We have had a pretty strong year with numbers and their commitment to want to train and play hard has been great,” Banks said.

"We have been chasing Uni all season; they have been our greatest competition.

"If we can stick to our game plan and play our type of footy, the kids will bring a fight to Uni they will not expect.”

The grand final will be played at Rockville oval, Toowoomba, from 9.30am tomorrow.
