Gunn Narten, 30, is a firefighter at Stavanger in Norway, and her Instagram fans believe she could be the world's hottest firefighter.
She posts images of her life behind the scenes, including intense workout videos, as well as what life is like in the picturesque Scandinavian country.
Along with working full-time in emergency services, she's also a personal trainer and an avid CrossFit fan, who does weights, running and swimming alongside her male colleagues.
She has 114,000 fans on the social media application so far, but ironically says she wants to encourage people to "drop your phone" and enjoy life.
