The Wiggles come to town
MADISON Millard loves nothing more than to dance and she definitely had the chance to dance at The Wiggles' Big Birthday tour show in Toowoomba yesterday.
Her mother, Kate Millard, said her 15-month-old daughter had been introduced to The Wiggles at an early age and had been watching the group's DVDs before she came to the show.
"She loves dancing to The Wiggles," Ms Millard said.
"And if she doesn't enjoy it, I certainly will."
The Wiggles are currently touring Australia to celebrate their 20th birthday, and returned to cities and towns they had not visited for years.
Blue Wiggle Anthony Field said The Wiggles were very excited to celebrate their Wiggly birthday with all their Wiggly fans around Australia.
During the first show yesterday, Henry the Octopus showed the boys and girls (and their parents) just how much he loved the city by singing an impromptu song he had written about the Garden City.
Today The Wiggles will be joined on stage by a very special guest - Toowoomba's own Mitchell Bathurst, who will become the Fifth Wiggle in his orange skivvy and sing Fruit Salad after winning a competition.
