ONE lucky ticket has won a NSW resident a multi-million dollar, beachside home on the North Coast.

The home was the first prize in a Christmas raffle drawn on Thursday that was raising money for not-for-profit, youth support organisation Yourtown.

Facing out onto Sharpes Beach, the luxury pad in Skennars Head near Ballina was styled by celebrity interior designer Darren Palmer, includes $250,000 in Gold Bullion, furniture and electrical plus legal fees.

The Killarney Crescent mansion stands alongside several elite homes in what is some of the hottest property on the Northern Rivers.

A large green strip separates the row of homes from the busy Coast Road, a main carriageway for commuters travelling between Ballina and Lennox Head.

A Yourtown spokeswoman said the winner was especially lucky as they purchased a single, $15 ticket on the ticket sales closed.

She said the organisation was still trying to get in touch with the winner since the prize was drawn yesterday morning.

Proceeds from the money raised from the raffle are reinvested back to the Brisbane-based organisation to support young people in need.
