Value matters at this roadhouse

A TRUCKIE was munching on a large steak at a roadhouse and yarned to another driver about having trouble about being able to eat the entire meal.

"I used to go to the hotel up the road which has lots of parking space for trucks nearby but I paid $32 for a steak of similar size there," he said.

The connoisseur of meat then went on to say he paid just $18 at this roadhouse which he considered great value.

He added that he would be telling all of his truckie mates about the place.

Word of mouth is a great thing for businesses in what is mostly a competitive market.

It also proves that value matters a lot.
