Two-truck crash brings Hume Motorway traffic to a standstill

A TWO-TRUCK crash on the Hume Highway at Yerinbool has peak-hour traffic backed up more than 10 kilometres.

A diversion around the crash, that happened at 5am today and closed two northbound lanes on the motorway, is directing light vehicles on the Old Hume Highway and heavy vehicles are being parked on the side of the motorway. 

According to media reports, two drivers aged 65 and 30 were transpored to Bowral and Liverpool hospitals with lacerations.
