A TIP-TRUCK driver decided to use the tools at his disposal to get paid yesterday.
Tom Olley parked his truck to block the entrance to a building site.
He said the blockade was an attempt to receive an $18,000 payment for deliveries he completed in October.
Mr Olley completed two days work during the demolition of Gladstone Leagues Club in Clinton, where a new Dan Murphy's store is being built.
He was contracted by ATS to remove debris from the site.
ATS said it had received an invoice from Mr Olley, but not the delivery dockets.
They said as soon as he provided those dockets, they would make the payment.
Mr Olley said he had provided those dockets already.
