Truck driver charged after driving complaint

A DRIVING complaint involving a white B-double has led police to charge a driver with driving whilst disqualified and other infringements.

Deniliquin Highway Patrol were patrolling the Kidman Way at Bundure on June 7 at 12.55pm after receiving a complaint.

The vehicle was stopped and the driver was unable to produce his driver's licence or work diary.

Police said a check revealed the driver was the holder of a Disqualified Class C Victorian Provisional Drivers Licence.

As well as being charged with driving whilst disqualified, the driver was issued with infringement notices for not carrying a work diary and for a minor risk load restraint breach.
