Truck crashes into Sydney Airport Tunnel
AN OVERHEIGHT truck that crashed into the internal sprinkler system of Sydney Airport Tunnel has shut down southbound traffic.
LIve Traffic Sydney reported "traffic is very heavy and queued about 3.8km on General Holmes Dr and 2.6km on Foreshore Rd".

According to NSW Police Force Traffic and Highway Patrol Command, emergency services are "awaiting police rescue to untangle truck tfrom sprinkler system to reduce height and move it out".
Motorists are being urged to reduce their speed and allow extra time.
