Trailer for Mary Poppins film has been released
THE official trailer for Disney film Saving Mr Banks has been released, with a Los Angeles film set filling in for Maryborough.
The film chronicles author Pamela L. Travers' reluctance to see her Mary Poppins books made into a film.
Emma Thompson plays the Maryborough-born author, while Tom Hanks plays Walt Disney.
The movie is expected to be released in Australian cinemas on Boxing Day.
