Tourism shines on Sunrise
THE beauty of the Mackay region will be broadcast across the country today as Channel 7 breakfast program Sunrise comes to town.
Weather presenter James Tobin will be on location at popular tourist destination Cape Hillsborough National Park where he will cross live to the Sunrise studio seven times and interview local tourism operators.
The crosses will feature footage of tourism experiences across the region such swimming with platypus at Eungella National Park and fishing locations.
