The 27-year-old is up against some well known Aussie faces including Neighbours actor Tim Kano, Home and Away actor Orpheus Pledger as well as Cam Cranley and Jake Ellis from The Bachelorette.

It is now up to the public to vote on who they think the Bachelor of the Year should be.

Mr Humphries took to his Facebook page and asked his followers to vote for him.

"I'm pretty stoked to let you know I've made the top 30 for the Cosmo's Bachie of the Year," he said.

"If you've the time and inclination, I'd really appreciate your vote; or even a share to your own Facebook friends. There's $5000 and a Contiki trip on the line here guys, so any help is really appreciated."
