The time to retune your TV is fast approaching

THE final step in the Coffs Coast's move to digital-only TV will see all channels changing frequencies on March 4.

After channels have changed, viewers will need to retune their digital TV, set-top box or digital TV recorder to find the channels that have moved.

Some viewers in Coffs Harbour and the wider area may be receiving their TV signals from different towers, which will retune at different times throughout 2014.

To check which tower you are receiving your TV signal from, visit the Digital Ready website and enter your address into the "get retune info" box.

HOW DO I RETUNE?
Retuning is done using your remote. For most systems press the menu button on your remote and follow the prompts to retune. More information about retuning, including a short video, is located on the website www.digitalready.gov.au/retune

People living in apartments may be using a shared antenna system. If they are experiencing issues trying to retune their digital TV equipment after their retune date, they should first contact their property manager or body corporate.
