I thought crackers were banned

I SEE in the QT that the mystery gunshot noises were people at a party having fun with firecrackers. I thought owning and using them was illegal.

What a joke of our system. 

I was under the assumption that a noise curfew was in place weekdays.

No wonder cops get upset when they have to investigate this type of rubbish.
