KIDS, get your dancing shoes on - the event you've been waiting for is only a week away.

The Wiggles are coming to the Gladstone Entertainment Centre Marquee on Thursday, April 18 at 10am and 1pm.

The upcoming tour will promote the new team.

All your Wiggly friends - Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword, Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus - will be along to share the fun.

The team will sing favourites like Hot Potato, Rock-a-Bye Your Bear and more.

Blue Wiggle Anthony said it was a great way to start the year.

"There's so much energy with these young guys," he said.

"We introduced Simon, Emma and Lachy on the Celebration tour around the world and audiences loved them, and I'm so excited to be heading out on the road across Australia so that all our Wiggly fans can meet the new team."
