YOUR letter in today's Daily (May 10) is not accurate, as usual.

Yes the current Liberal party inherited a debt, but please tell the full story, the reason Labor created a debt is the exact same reason why the current government have increased it, and the reason dates all the way back to the Howard government and their short-sightedness in creating their faux surplus.

Howard sold everything that generated an income for the government, single-handedly ensuring any government that followed would suffer, which is exactly what has, and continues to happen.

This is a well-known fact for anyone who doesn't have their head in the sand.

Don't you ever get sick of recycling misleading Liberal propaganda? It's old, it's repetitive and worst of all, it's not true.

There is a wealth of non-politically affiliated literature which clearly outlines the truth.

I urge people to do some research because your views are not true.
