Teen boy trampled during rodeo

A TEENAGE boy was hospitalised after being trampled by a bull during a rodeo at Mooloolah Valley.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics were called to Mooloolah Pony Club in Way St at 8.13pm on Saturday.

The spokesman said a 16-year-old boy had sustained a suspected broken wrist after being thrown from and trampled by a bull.

The teenager was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
