Ricardo Espana

IT WAS also great to catch up with Ricardo Espana from Greenville, Texas. when he rolled into Mood Food for a quick snack, driving a Great Moscow Circus Iveco Powerstar with a 500hp Cursor Eurotronic up front and towing a bogey drop deck loaded with circus gear. He was also on his way from Hobart to the Launceston site and he told us he was a cousin of Mario Espana in the other vehicle. Ricardo is a motorcycle rider in the spectacular Globe of Death and has only been in Australia for four weeks. He said he loves it here so far. He told us he was the fourth generation in his family in the circus world. He said he was enjoying driving the Powerstar, which he said was comfortable and easy to drive, and also powerful compared with other trucks he had driven.
