Mario Espana

THE Great Moscow Circus has been performing in Hobart and delighting audience members, including Bridget McGoldrick, who particularly liked the clowns. We were delighted to catch up with Mario Espana from Orlando in Florida when he rolled into Mood Food driving a Great Moscow Circus Iveco 50CI7 rigid and towing a caravan on his way from Hobart to the next venue at Launceston. He told us he had been with the circus for 20 months as one of the two clowns, happily touring around Australia. He said the complete circuit takes three years. He said he was thoroughly enjoying being in Australia and that he always enjoyed travelling. He also said he was rapt with the Iveco, which is a great little vehicle all round, and that he thinks the Great Moscow Circus owns 12 or 13 of them.
