Kim Boxall

IT WAS good to finally catch up with Kim Boxall from Hobart when he rolled in to the Caltex at Kempton the other day driving a very neat Glen Edward's 2007 Kenworth tipper with a 500 Cummins up front and towing a quad dog.

Kim was on his way from the Hazel Brother's quarry at Lesley Vale to service the road works on Spring Hill at the time and had dropped in for a quick cup of Mood Food coffee and a bite to eat.

He told us he has been with Glen for eight weeks after working for a life time in the forest towing logs, but so far he is enjoying the change of lifestyle.

It was his first day in the Kenworth out of the Western Star. He said it was a great rig, it had surprised him with its performance and comfort and it was very well thought out and perfect for the job.
