Brian Macreadie

IT WAS good to catch up with Brian Macreadie from Launceston the other day at Kempton when he made a quick refreshment break at Mood Food.

He had rolled in driving a Statewide Linen Service's 2010 Fuso Canter HD 4.5 rigid pan and was on his way back to Launceston from Hobart and then hopefully would hang up his boots for the day and knock off.

He tells us he has now been with them for about six years and that it is a great job, they are a good crew to work with and he added that his dad doesn't make too bad a boss at all.

He also said they were keeping fairly busy across the board in the busy summer season, with its annual tourist peak, is now giving way to a usually much quieter autumn.
