Tassie Devil theme a stand out

SOUTH Australia's The Truck Factory has two heavy vehicle recovery trucks that stand out wherever they go.

Both the 2010 Peterbilt and the 2009 Western Star 4800FX feature custom artwork depicting Tassie Devils.

We hear that business owner Mark Menzie, who hails from Tasmania, originally chose the theme for both trucks.

And the custom work doesn't go unnoticed, the trucks are well known around the country and they've won several awards from best tow truck to best graphics to best show truck.

But they're not show trucks. Both trucks do heavy vehicle towing from recoveries, accidents, breakdowns, bog jobs and roll overs.

The Truck Factory completed the custom paint and trim in-house.

The business is a major sponsor of the Mannum Truck and Ute show, LRTSA Livestock show, SARTA and attends the Melbourne Truck Show each year.
