The premises at 14 Avian St, Kunda Park, have been listed with Cleeton Property Group and went to auction on December 1, but did not go under the hammer on the day.

The brothel, on freehold property, is being sold completely fitted out with security cameras, five themed suites all with ensuites and spas, five lounge rooms, sauna, make-up and preparation room, a staff lounge, kitchen, two industrial laundries, and disabled access.

It's estimated the fit-out of the business would be worth $300,000 and properties of a similar size in the area have previously sold for about $700,000.

The new owner would be able to apply for a licence from the PLA at a cost of about $35,000.
