Ageless Sarandon is queen of the red carpet at SAGS

SUSAN Sarandon is the queen.

The queen of style that is.

The flawless 71-year-old proved that age doesn't matter on the red carpet at today's Screen Actors Guild Awards and rocked a gorgeous glittery navy off-the-shoulder gown, with a pair of statement-making sunglasses.

The awards honour the best performances in film and television from the past year.

But she wasn't the only older woman setting the standard on the red carpet.

Goldie Hawn, who was presenting with her daughter Kate Hudson for the first time, looked absolutely fabulous in an off-the-shoulder aqua blue gown.

Nicole Kidman rocked a sleek bronze gown, while I, Tonya star Alison Janney wore a silver gown with statement shoulders.

Rita Moreno, who will present her Electric Company co-star Morgan Freeman with a lifetime achievement award, oozed style in red dress with a funky black wrap around her shoulders.
