SUNfest goes out with a bang with talent on show

THERE was dance, acrobatics, singing and filmmaking on display - all from the kids of Gladstone region.
The 2013 SUNfest Showcase was held at Gladstone Entertainment Centre Marina Marquee.
The spectacle brought to an end the SUNfest activities for school holidays in the Gladstone region.
The show kicked off with a film made by, and starring SUNfest kids, followed by a Flash Dance video filmed at Gladstone Stockland.
One of the highlights on the live stage was a dance routine incorporating acrobatics, juggling and a touch of cheeky humour.
Gladstone Regional Councillor Maxine Brushe said the council was proud to support the SUNfest program and looked forward to seeing it all again next year.
