Stage home to jolly characters

CHARACTERS came to life on stage once more as the 2017 Mackay Eisteddfod nears it's final days.

The audience was treated to some musical classics performed by the eleven and twelve year olds.

The stage turned into Moana's beach, Hans Christian Andersen's farm, Billy Elliot's dance floor and characters like Matilda sang to their heart's content.

Judges truly enjoyed the professional sounding performances.

The Year two students characterised their favourite story characters having the audience in stitches.

Little Miss Muppet, Wendy from Peter Pan and the commercial queen reflected on life philosophies that had the adult audience thinking.
