Locals not ready for digital TV

FOR Fraser Coast residents still relying on analog television, this weekend will mark one month until the signal is switched off permanently in the Wide Bay region.

Residents without a set top box or digital television will be left with out their favourite television shows if they are not prepared by December 6.

Con Souvlis Betta Electrical in Hervey Bay and Radio Rentals in Maryborough have been chosen by the State Government as digital advisors.

Trained staff at each store can assist the 20% of Wide Bay residents who have not yet switched over to understand what products they will need.

Visit Digital Ready or phone 1800 201 013 for more information ahead of the switchover next month.
