Sharanjit says the worst road is Bennett Hill

YOUNG driver Sharanjit Singh has stopped at a pull over area beside the Picton Rd in New South Wales when Big Rigs saw him.

Sharanjit drives a Mercedes Benz for Toll and was carrying Woolworths goods bound for Nowra.

Aged 30, Sharanjit has been a truckie in Australia since 2012 and was born in India.

"My dad had a farm at Punjab and I used to drive a tractor. I have been in Australia for 10 years,” he said.

He rates the worst road he travels on as at Bennett Hill, which is connected to the Pacific Highway.

"I like listening to music and sleeping when I get time off,” he said.

Standing at 160cm tall, Sharanjit said that was often an advantage.

"I can fit in small places and during 2019 I intend to go to the gym and get fit,” he said.
