Scott Rawlings

SCOTT Rawlings from Burnie happily found time to have a quick chat with us the other day when he rolled in to Mood Food for a quick bite to eat and to enjoy a hot cuppa.

He was driving a Tas Trans 2003 K-104 at the time with a 550 Hp Series 60 Cummins up front, and towing a B-double and was on his way from Hobart back to Burnie Port.

He tells us he has only been with them for five weeks, but so far it is "all good, my best job so far in fact".

He added that previously he had worked as a miner at the Fossey Mines on the West Coast, and he finds doddling up and down the highway far preferable to working under-ground for a living!
