DEVELOPERS have already sold several units on a 15-space project in Toowoomba, which was only completed months ago.

Elenmore on Hume St in Middle Ridge was approved by the Toowoomba Regional Council in 2015, with construction finished only recently.

The housing project, which is owned by Stephen Berting and Susan Chen, has been rented strongly according to agent Scott Gemmell.

He added that three of the units were already sold.

"We've got three done, we collected quite a few people's details recently," Mr Gemmell said.

"The rentals are outstanding and they're getting like $345 a week."

The project is directly opposite The Ridge Shopping Centre and around the corner from Toowoomba Plaza.

Minor changes to the approved plans were presented to the council this week but Mr Gemmell said there were no changes to the structural design, since the buildings were complete.
