Rollercoaster evacuated after ride malfunction at Seaworld

THRILLSEEKERS had to be evacuated from a Sea World rollercoaster after a ride malfunction.

The popular Storm Coaster ride was shut down for about 20 minutes just before 1pm after technicians noticed a fault on the computer systems.

Passengers on one of the carriages were evacuated via a set of maintenance stairs.

Engineers fixed the problem before the ride returned to normal operation.

No one was injured.
