Roaring Twenties set to return

PROSERPINE Entertainment Centre will hold their final lawn event of the year and they will be going out with a roaring bang.

Headlined by live band the Roaring Twenties, the lawn event will feature a 1920s theme party and include an authentic style, dancing and competitions that will have you feeling like you've travelled back in time.

The night will incorporate the live jazz exploits of Melissa Western, Tnee Dyer, Greg Gottlieb, Steve Powell and the Mysterious Strangers.

Melissa and husband Tnee recently returned to Australia following a year in England to study musical theatre.

Combining jazz, cabaret and theatre, Melissa and the Roaring Twenties' live show is the perfect way to cap off the PEC's lawn events for 2016.

Guests are encouraged to dress up and get in the spirit and truly immerse themselves in the roaring twenties atmosphere.

A buffet (walk and fork) will be available for the night starting from 5.30pm. Then the live music show will kick off at 6.30pm. Tickets cost $10 for adults and kids get in for free. Organisers recommend participants bring their own chairs or towels.
