Residents now have access to full digital tv

ST LAWRENCE, Carmila and Clairview residents are enjoying full digital television reception after an upgrade to the transmission site.

Isaac Region councillor Geoff Bethel said the upgrade had been finished within days of council's approval at its ordinary meeting in September, providing new frequencies for digital television reception.

"Residents should re-tune their televisions to have access to the full digital network of channels," Cr Bethel said.

"Prior to this, residents experienced limited digital television reception and I'm sure the upgrade is a welcome addition to many households and businesses."
