Police seek witnesses after cyclist and truck collide at Westbrook

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist and truck collided on the Gore Hwy at Westbrook in Queensland around 6.15am Saturday morning.

A 46-year-old Rockville cyclist was airlifted to a Brisbane hospital with serious injuries.

While the 63-year-old truck driver was not physically injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the incident and urge anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact Toowoomba Police on 4631 6317 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
