Pink mocks Aguilera's arrest
PINK has poked fun at Christina Aguilera's recent arrest for public intoxication.
The 'Burlesque' star was arrested and taken into custody in West Hollywood, Los Angeles in the early hours of this morning (01.03.11) along with her boyfriend Matthew Rutler - who was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and although Christina won't face any charges, pregnant pop star Pink couldn't resist taking a pop at her chart rival.
Writing on her twitter page, Pink said: "Out of Myself, Britney, and Christina - didn't everyone think I was gonna be the troublemaker? LOOK MA!!! No CUFFS!!! (sic)"
Sheriff's department spokesman, Steve Whitmore revealed today Christina was arrested because she "wasn't able to take care of herself" when police stopped Matthew's car.
He explained: "She wasn't able to take care of herself. She wasn't belligerent, she just wasn't capable of taking care of herself.
"If a person is incapacitated the deputy on the scene makes that decision. But because both of them were under the influence...she wasn't able to take care of herself...so for the safety of the individual we brought her here until she could fend for herself."
Christina and Matthew met on the set of 'Burlesque' and started dating after she split from husband Jordan Bratman last year.
