Wakakirri win for Fitzgerald
ONE Mackay school is still beaming with excitement, after winning this year's Wakakirri Primary 2012 competition.
Fitzgerald State School won the competition which was held on Thursday at the MECC.
"We work with the premise that we aim to do our best," Fitzgerald State School music teacher Jill Green said.
"But that (winning) was that little bit extra."
