Katchafire brings reggae tunes to Gladstone

KATCHAFIRE has become a well-known name in the roots, reggae music scene, and is going to bring its tunes to Gladstone this weekend.

Katchafire is an eight-piece collective of multi-talented songwriters and musicians and has become a staple on the Californian and Pacific Roots scenes.

With nearly two decades of success, the band has had over four successful studio platinum-selling albums, international stadium tours, festival headline slots and seen the departure of long-time band members Grenville Bell (Papa G), James Ferguson and Hani Totorewa this year.

The remaining founding members and principle songwriters are stronger than ever and moving forward with new music and sounds keeping the Katchafire legacy alive.

Their latest single Down With You, ranked No. #3 for best Reggae single on Itunes.
