WARWICK Heritage Building Society customers may see a fresh face at the Warwick branch this week as new manager Jennyfer Bourzali took the reigns after the departure of previous manager, Donna Neale-Arnold - who moved on to a government farm finance advisory role at Taroom.

Mrs Bourzali started in her new role yesterday and has brought to Heritage five years managerial experience plus seven years of mortgage processing experience.

Mrs Bourzali said she was looking forward to working for Heritage because she believed the bank provided the best service and products.

"I am thrilled to be part of the Warwick team, the experience in this branch is outstanding," Mrs Bourzali said.

"Heritage is known for its people first approach, by delivering great products, fairer fees and fantastic service.

"The staff at Warwick and I are looking forward to continuing to meet the financial needs of our members, and giving them great customer service."

She said she was aiming for Warwick's Heritage Branch to have full community involvement and said the branch stood out thanks to its optimal customer service.

Mrs Bourzali said that focus on member service continued to shine through in independent research.

Heritage again scored the highest customer satisfaction rating of any financial institution in Queensland in the most recent Roy Morgan Research.

The overall customer satisfaction rating for Heritage members was 89.9 per cent in the May 2011 survey. By comparison, the average satisfaction rating of some of the other banks was just 77.9%.

"This result certainly illustrates that Heritage is a leader when it comes to satisfying its members, but it doesn't just come down to service," Mrs Bourzali said.

"A large part of customer satisfaction is also the value of the products that are offered to members and as a mutual Heritage provides competitive rates and fair fees and charges which help our members put more back in their pockets each month."

Heritage's Warwick branch is located at Rose City Shopping Centre, Grafton St, Warwick.
