SPORT: The Chronicle has welcomed a new sports reporter this week, with the addition of Sean Teuma to the editorial team.

Teuma (pictured) was previously a cadet journalist with the Warwick Daily News after completing university studies in Sydney.

He has experience covering sports from rugby league to rodeo and everything in between, and is looking forward to joining the crew.

"It's an honour to become a part of the sports team with as much experience and history as that of The Chronicle,” he said.

"Sports reporting has been a passion of mine for a long time, and to be able to live it out in a sports-mad city like Toowoomba is exciting.

"I love being surrounded by sports, and hearing the stories behind the game.”
