GETTING up in the morning can be hard work.

 

Are you the kind of person who at any sign of daylight jumps up and can't wait to get out of bed?

How you wake up in the morning is a really good indication of how healthy your body and mind is.

When you can bound out of bed, it's a great sign that your body functions are working well and you have a clear and uncluttered mind.

If you wake up feeling sluggish, it's probably because that's what's going on, on the inside. Everything is s-l-o-w!

One of the main functions of your body when you sleep at night time is to process and eliminate toxins from your body.

So this is why going to the toilet as soon as you wake up in the morning is one of the first jobs of the day.

Your kidneys have been busy during the night cleaning your blood and eliminating toxins through your urine.

Feeding your body the right kind of fuel will help give you energy to start the day and will also help keep you clean on the inside.

Unprocessed, natural foods have the most amazing amount of energy.

So when you eat these types of foods you are transferring not only its nutrient content but also that live vibrational energy into your body.

Processing and frying of foods kills off the energetic properties of the food so you are just left with the lifeless food, with the processing killing off all the good nutrients and energy your body needs. Your body is a living being and therefore requires living breathing life in the way of food.

We have evolved through the eons by eating live, natural and unprocessed food.

The commericalisation of food has only been around for the last 150 or so years, which in theory is really only a few generations, two or three at the most.

Because of this short time span, our bodies haven't had the chance to adapt to this new way of eating, so our bodies don't know how to process these non-natural foods.

A lot of the time we don't even have enzymes which can break the food down for processing!

So the body works overtime trying to eliminate these "toxins" as quickly as possible.

When we constantly feed our bodies these terrible toxic foods, it eventually stops working properly, it gets over-worked and worn out and can't function properly.

This is why, despite having more access to science and medicines than ever before, we have more different and deadlier disease states now, like cancer and diabetes, than we have ever had!

So I ask you today, to think about whether you want to live a healthy relatively disease free life?

Do you want to feel happy and bound out of bed?

If the answers are yes, then fuel your body with live natural and unprocessed food. Your body will thank you for it later!
