MORNING TRAFFIC: Truck fire on James St causes delays

COMMUTERS on James St are warned of possible delays after a truck caught fire this morning.

Emergency services are responding to reports a prime-mover caught fire near the intersection of James and West Sts in Harristown.

The driver of the truck is believed to be out of the vehicle and uninjured.

The incident was reported about 7.55am.

Traffic is expected to become congested around the area during the morning peak-hour rush, with motorists urged to avoid the area if possible.
