Milk truck rollover leaves two in hospital

TWO people have been taken to a regional hospital after a milk truck rolled on a rural road this morning.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services reported the incident occurred on the Millmerran Cecil Plains Rd at Millmerran about 6.30am.

Crews secured the area as two people in the overturned truck were able to free themselves from the vehicle.

Paramedics assessed the pair at the scene before transporting them both to Millmerran Health Service.

One of the patients had suffered a minor head injury, a Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said.
