Members gather with VIEW to a fun morning

THERE was not an agenda in sight when a number of Gympie VIEW Club members met recently for morning tea.

Each month, besides a luncheon meeting, the club organises two outings.

Usually, one is a social morning, with morning tea at one of the member's homes, while the second is an outing to a place of interest.

On these occasions they car-pool to lower the cost.

For their recent outing, they visited Café Matisse in Mary St - a patisserie with delicious, affordable treats.

Having to choose between black forest cake, caramel/apple tart tatin, cheesecake or fluffy scones was a difficult but pleasant task.

Between bites, there was much chatting and catching up on recent events .

If you'd like to join these women, who share friendships and outings as members of the VIEW Club, contact president Judy on 54824 767 and find out more about this organisation.
