Man's sleazy requirement for a housemate
IT'S not uncommon for landlords to say "females only" or "no couples", but one Sydney man's condition has shocked a prospective flatmate.
He was responding to a woman who inquired about a room in his apartment at Mosman, an affluent suburb on Sydney's north shore, when he revealed he was looking specifically for "flatmates with benefits".
"The room has been out for two weeks now," he wrote.
"Now (sic) one has come to see it because I have a very bold condition."
"Okay, what is the condition?" she asked innocently.
When she found out, she asked if he was being "serious" and said, "Maybe you should advertise on Tinder".
