No charges for Kingaroy assault

UPDATE, Monday 10.15am: KINGAROY police are still making inquiries to a disturbance they were called to outside the licensed premises on Haly St at around 1.15am on December 8. 

Two men were assaulted and transported to Kingaroy Hospital by paramedics. 

Kingaroy police reported at this point in time neither of the men who were assaulted have indicated they wish to take the matters any further with police. 

SATURDAY: Two men were taken to Kingaroy Hospital by paramedics early this morning after an alleged assault.

The incident was reported at 1.16am on Haly Street.

A man in his 30s sustained a head injury and is in a serious condition.

A man in his 20s was also taken to the hospital after sustaining a head injury, and is in a stable condition.
