Making metal marvellous

Joe and Ros Grace.
Joe and Ros Grace.

After a three-and-a-half-year stint as a boiler maker with a local earthmoving company, Joe Grace and wife Ros made Kununurra their home.

Situated in the Kimberley region, Northern Metalwork specialises in individually handcrafted steel signs, gates and metal artwork.

Although Joe doesn't see himself as an artist, his designs are works of art.

Influenced by years spent in outback Australia, every piece is crafted by hand without the aid of computers and all of the designs are hand drawn then cut out using a plasma cutter.

From start to finish the attention to detail is impeccable and done to the highest of standards. No two pieces are identical and every item is individually crafted for the client.

Joe and Ros can accommodate any design you can come up with, you are only limited by your imagination.
