Make a splash on your next trip at Coolwaters
NESTLED between the pristine coastline of Kinka Beach and the iconic Causeway Lake, Coolwaters Holiday Village is surrounded by 360 degrees of natural beauty. Over the past six years, Manager Paul Ewan has seen the park evolve into a prime tourist attraction for visitors and locals alike. Offering a range of accommodation facilities including more than 30 holiday cabins and over 100 powered van sites and unpowered camp sites situated by the beautiful Causeway Lake. The park also has facilities available to cater for camps and conferences. Paul said group bookings could be made for the day with full catering available.
Holiday makers can take full advantage of the wide scope of activities on offer which includes the Waterpark, bmx tracks, pedal karts, playgrounds and a jumping pillow for the kids. "Our motto is 'Fun for all the Family' and we have worked hard over the years to provide something for everyone".
With the region's largest water park, it is a huge favourite among children and families. The water park consists of two separate zones; the first comprises of a 22m speed slide and a 38m winding slide. The second zone features three smaller slides, water cannons, massive pineapple tipping bucket, small buckets and water fountains all in a safety fenced area, with soft fall base and zero depth water level.
Families can also take a trek through the walking tracks throughout the stunning 120 acres of natural bushland. "Not to mention, plenty of water-based activities including swimming in the resort pool or jet skiing, water skiing, fishing and kayaking on the Causeway Lake"
Paul is a strong believer that "Coolwaters Holiday Village offers a holistic venue for families, the elderly, school and special interest groups including weddings and large birthday parties, integrating them into a safe, affordable facility"
