LETTER: Unfortunate name for a snail

A NEWLY discovered snail has been named after Sir David Attenborough.

The colourful red and green mollusc was named Attenborougharion rubicundus.

Poor snail. That's a long name to have to sign off on when signatures are asked for.

I guess it'll just have to slug it out.

PS: Where do you find giant snails?

On giant's fingers and toes.
