LETTER: Death penalty for terrorists?
WE are told there will soon be a meeting between many countries regarding terrorists.
Hopefully, one of the major items will be to get full agreement from all attendees regarding the severe penalties that will have to be determined for terrorist actions.
Perhaps it will included the death penalty, but none of it will allow a terrorist to get off lightly.
After all, don't they firmly believe that if they die in the course of their actions they will go to Heaven and be given 24 virgins?
Let's be hard on this and award all of them this. It would certainly make life safer for the rest of us!
