Learn about Pittsworth U3A classes

AN INFORMATION session and morning tea will be held for people interested in joining or discussing University of the Third Age classes on Tuesday, January 24, at the Pittsworth Pioneer Village from 9.30 am to 11.30am.

Representatives from Toowoomba U3A will be on hand to help get started.

Tutors have been invited to attend to discuss their particular courses with interested persons.

Most people who joined as "early bird" members will have received their Toowoomba U3A Course Outline Booklet and Membership Form (to be used for paying the $50 annual membership fee).

There are already 13 classes running in Pittsworth, including singing for fun, harmony group, community choir, art, lace making writing, computing, birding, cryptic crosswords, lunch club, iPad.

Bring along your suggestions for any other new courses or if you are willing to help with tutoring a class.
